Exploration and discovery are at the center of art. Each of my paintings stems from walking the garden, neighborhood, and parks, looking closely for exceptional images and experimenting with ideas and design elements. While the paintings are representative of their subjects, they are also intended to reflect the pure abstract beauty in nature and, sometimes, an abstract idea!
